Can be any one or more of the following:

• Physician provides professional services, without charge, to community agencies or private individuals within Genesis Health System service areas on a consistent basis
• Physician provides professional services to the community via educational seminars/health fairs on a routine basis
• Physician provides professional services as an act of kindness as a Good Samaritan

• Physician provides professional services, without charge, to international humanitarian agencies and/or organizations

• Physician serves as an active volunteer in donating personal time and involvement supporting charitable agencies/organizations, cultural and community civic activities in the Genesis Health System area
